Francois Ransom serves as the President and Head Football Coach of the Carrollton Colts, a youth select football organization based in Carrollton, Texas. He has been in this role 25 years and has been coaching for 35 years. 

His leadership role involves overseeing the administrative operations of the organization while simultaneously directing the coaching staff and player development programs for the Colts' competitive teams. As a figure in North Texas youth sports, Ransom focuses on fostering athletic skill, discipline, and sportsmanship among youth athletes participating in the select football circuit.

His tenure with the Carrollton Colts has been characterized by a commitment to preparing young athletes for higher levels of competition, emphasizing both the technical fundamentals of football and the character-building aspects of team sports. By managing the organization's structure, Ransom facilitates opportunities for local youth to compete in organized, high-level select football environments within the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.

Coach Justin Hashert will be returning to the Colts this year as the Assistant Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator. His Dad was a defensive coordinator and scout coach for 30 years at the middle school and high school level, so he has spent most of his life studying football and spending time on the sidelines. He has been an assistant scout coach at the highschool level as well as an Asst. Defensive coordinator and Linebackers coach at the semi pro level for 2 years. He has also coached for 3 years with the Carrolton Colts coaching both O-line and Linebackers. He is excited about helping the Colts reach their goals this year.

Coach Roy Beasley brings a passion for athlete development, leadership, and fundamentals to every player he coaches. With years of experience mentoring youth athletes, Coach Roy specializes in quarterback development, football fundamentals, and helping players build confidence both on and off the field.Coach Roy Beasley brings a passion for athlete development, leadership, and fundamentals to every player he coaches. Coach Roy currently serves as a Quarterbacks Coach with the Carrollton Colts, where he works closely with athletes to improve mechanics, footwork, decision-making, football IQ, and overall offensive performance. In addition to his select football coaching experience, he has spent several years coaching and officiating through i9 Sports, leading flag football clinics and helping young athletes develop fundamental skills in a positive and competitive environment.

As the founder of Offense University, Coach Roy provides private and group football instruction focused on quarterbacks, receivers, and skill position development. His training emphasizes fundamentals, discipline, confidence, and position-specific techniques to help athletes maximize their potential.

In addition to coaching, Coach Roy is proud to begin his role as a Football Coach at BASIS Ed Plano, where he looks forward to mentoring student-athletes and contributing to a culture of excellence in academics, athletics, and character development. His coaching philosophy centers on accountability, hard work, preparation, and building strong relationships that positively impact young athletes far beyond the game of football.

Brandon Jenkins was born and raised in Memphis Tennessee and while there attended Memphis East High School.

Once He graduated, he entered the P.G. Program at Hargrave Military Academy in 2003 where he graduated with the highest ranking in his class. He was addressed as Captain Jenkins.

He then enrolled at Ole Miss University where he played Football from 2004-2008.

He played in 43 Games having 16 starts, 51 Tackles, and an average of 7.5 TFL’s (Tackles For Loss) per Season.

When His college career ended, he was signed as an un drafted free agent by the Carolina Panthers.

Even though an injury derailed his pursuit of the NFL, he went on to have an outstanding Arena Football Career playing in the AFL / IFL / CIF over 12 Seasons winning 3 CIF Championships 

Coach Martinez  was born in Irving, Texas. Growing up in Carrollton, Texas where he played his youth football  all way through high school as a three year  Varsity starter at R. L. Turner high school where he was a member of Track  team as well. 

Coach Martinez began coaching in the fall of 2020 in the Carrollton youth league where he’s coached 9-12 year olds. Coach Martinez began coaching at the 14u level in 2023 as he looks to coach the incoming generation of talent to be accountable, reliable, and disciplined.
